About Sugar   Sugar was born and raised in Texas.  She spent her life toting around kids of various ages while competing in Team Penning.  She has also been bred to some of the top stallions in the nation in the past.  At the "young" age of 19, she was sold and moved north to Kansas.  We were lucky enough to find her for our youngest sons first horse, and the two of them developed a bond from the start.  Sugar can be hard to catch (that is, if she knows you want to catch her), but our son can walk right up to her with no problems and catch her.  She is also ready to go for any adult or older child to ride, but won't go any faster than what our son is ready for.  We look forward to seeing just what she can teach our son, and watching him develop into a horseman with her.
